They are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Growth Hacker to scale student enrollments and employer partnerships through innovative growth strategies and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth experiments across paid ads, SEO, landing pages, email, SMS, referrals, employer partnerships, and student reactivation
- Identify low-cost, high-conversion growth channels for CNA and nursing pathway programs
- Build weekly growth experiments with clear goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Track CAC, conversion rate, lead-to-enrollment rate, revenue per student, and ROI by channel
- Analyze the full student enrollment funnel from website visit to paid enrollment
- Improve landing pages, forms, call-to-action buttons, pricing pages, and checkout flows
- Work with admissions/sales teams to improve lead follow-up speed and conversion
- Identify where students drop off and create solutions to recover them
- Set up A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, messages, offers, and enrollment campaigns
- Manage or support Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube campaigns, and retargeting
- Improve SEO rankings for CNA, nursing assistant, VN, and healthcare training keywords
- Create growth-focused content strategies that attract students, employers, and healthcare partners
- Launch retargeting campaigns for website visitors, abandoned enrollments, and previous leads
- Support growth campaigns targeting nursing homes, hospitals, workforce boards, high schools, adult schools, and healthcare employers
- Create outreach campaigns for clinical partnerships and employer-sponsored training
- Build scalable email and LinkedIn outreach systems for B2B lead generation
- Help package SisuCare’s 'school-in-a-box,' clinical partnership, and workforce training models into high-converting offers
- Use CRM, email, SMS, analytics, and automation tools to increase conversion and reduce manual follow-up
- Build dashboards to track lead sources, conversion rates, enrollment numbers, ad performance, and sales activity
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, HubSpot or similar platforms
- Create automated campaigns for new leads, inactive leads, incomplete applications, alumni referrals, and employer prospects
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or startup growth
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, landing pages, email/SMS marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Ability to run fast experiments and make decisions based on data
- Experience improving lead generation and sales funnels
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Strong writing skills for ads, landing pages, emails, and outreach campaigns
- Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools
- Experience in education, healthcare, workforce training, vocational schools, staffing, or online learning
- Experience marketing to students, adult learners, immigrants, career changers, or healthcare workers
- Experience with regulated industries is a plus
- Experience scaling multi-location or multi-state programs
- Basic understanding of CRM workflows, automations, tracking pixels, and attribution
