Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls and chat interactions professionally and efficiently
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Build trust-based relationships through open, interactive communication
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the right tools and methods
• Meet personal and team performance targets including call handling quotas
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies consistently
Skills
• Fluent in German
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
• Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
