This remote role involves managing all phases of earth retention work, leading complex projects, and supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Managing all phases of earth retention work, including secant and sheet pile walls, lagging, soil nailing, tiebacks, grouting, underpinning, helical piles, and drilled micro-piles
- You will juggle multiple jobs at various stages, working independently with minimal supervision, and you will represent the firm at industry events and lunch and learns to support business development
Skills
- 5 to 7 years of project management experience in geotechnical engineering
- Solid understanding of earth retention systems (secant walls, soil nailing, tiebacks, micro-piles)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE (Professional Engineer) is a plus
- Master's in Geotechnical Engineering
- Candidates based in New England
