Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Maintenance: Record and maintain accurate departure and arrival performance data, including delay metrics, OEI (Operational Event Investigation) procedures, and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) compliance.
- SCAP Development: Create and update SCAP (Standardized Computer Aircraft Performance) modules and interfaces to support real‑time performance calculations.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors to maintain organization‑wide weight‑and‑balance (W&B) and performance models, ensuring data integrity across all aircraft types.
