Position Overview
The Remote Flight Operations Performance Engineer (also known as the Flight Activities Execution Specialist) is a critical member of careerzynith’s Flight Operations team. Working remotely from California, you will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and maintaining flight performance data, developing and updating operational procedures, and serving as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for safety and performance assessments. Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Maintenance: Record and maintain departure and arrival performance data, including delay information, Operational Event Investigation (OEI) methodology, and Minimum Equipment List (MEL) compliance penalties.
- SCAP Development: Create and sustain Standardized Computer Aircraft Performance (SCAP) modules and interfaces, ensuring accurate performance modeling across the fleet.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors to maintain organization weight‑and‑balance (W&B) and performance models, guaranteeing data integrity and regulatory compliance.
