RLink Solutions is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for modernizing accounting workflows. This role involves collaborating with the Technical Revenue Accounting team to develop AI agents that automate various accounting processes while ensuring compliance and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions that modernize accounting workflows and improve scalability within the Technical Revenue Accounting team
- Focus on developing AI agents and workflow tools that automate accounting assessments, streamline intake and review processes, and enhance documentation for complex accounting matters
- Work closely with Technical Revenue Accounting to translate existing accounting judgment frameworks and review templates into AI-enabled solutions while ensuring appropriate governance, controls, and SOX compliance
Skills
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents or AI-enabled applications within accounting or finance organizations, preferably supporting technical accounting or revenue accounting
- Experience building AI solutions that automate accounting contract reviews, new product/accounting assessment workflows, or similar finance use cases involving complex accounting judgment
- Strong understanding of internal controls and experience designing AI-enabled solutions that operate within a SOX-compliant control environment, including documentation, approvals, auditability, and governance
- Demonstrated ability to partner with accounting stakeholders to translate accounting requirements and decision frameworks into scalable AI workflows and business applications
- Experience independently leading AI transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment, including stakeholder management, testing, change management, and iterative improvement
- Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) and technical accounting
- Finance transformation or process automation experience within large, complex organizations
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to work from the SF or Sunnyvale office as needed, or available to work primarily during Pacific Time business hours
