The Sage Group’s client is a global technology company that builds products and services used by millions of customers and businesses worldwide. They are seeking an Event Marketing Program Manager to execute end-to-end event marketing strategies and manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned event workstreams or programs with a focus on event content strategy (examples: content operations, platform management, expo areas, audience-specific programs)
- Manage day-to-day program activities, including timeline development and stakeholder coordination
- Implement standardized processes from the Global Events team
- Coordinate event logistics within assigned workstream(s)
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation
- Act as primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams driving content strategy and execution and related workstreams
Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in event program management, event marketing and/or event content management or related field
- Proven success managing event operations: Status reports to team and stakeholders, multi-budget management and reporting
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience supporting live event execution including experience with event management tools and technologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for reporting
- Knowledge of event registration and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with live, virtual, and hybrid event formats for technology industry events (500+ attendees), including international event experience
