Responsibilities
- Planning and managing Epic-related projects from initiation through go-live
- Coordinating clinical, operational, and IT teams
- Managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Supporting Epic module deployments, testing, training, and workflow optimization
- Tracking project deliverables and ensuring compliance with healthcare and security requirements
Skills
- Minimum 10+ Years of Healthcare IT Exp
- 5+ Years of EPIC Project Management Exp
- 10+ years of healthcare IT or project management experience
- Experience with Epic implementations or Epic-integrated systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certifications such as PMP and/or Epic certifications are often preferred
