The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for selling the company’s products, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services to accounts
- Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
- Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans
- Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities
- Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
- Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities
- Exceed sales quota
- Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Skills
- 5-8 years of sales experience
- Considered highly skilled at sales techniques and demonstrates a strong understanding of company products/services
- Comprehensive knowledge within the area of specialization
- May utilize knowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings
- Responsible for selling the company's products or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
- Completes complex sales
- Utilizes knowledge of product/service and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions for clients
- Typically, has an established base of accounts and solid revenue/bookings responsibility
- Sales completed with little to no supervision
- Maintains an established network of contacts
- Demonstrates a strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new and/or existing clients
