[Remote] End User Engineer II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is looking for an End User Engineer II who will assist in the design, implementation, and support of virtualization systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex platform incidents and recommending process improvements for systems security.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the design and configuration of secure and scalable VSI solutions for the entire enterprise
• Implementation and support of the cloud environment
• Assess emerging industry trends; anticipate and develop strategic solutions
• Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components
• Participates in, and leads as needed, technical implementation projects and initiatives
• Provides Tier II support for all endpoint components
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• Intermediate certification obtained within one year of employment. Examples: VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization 2024 [v2] (VCTA-DCV 2024), CITRIX CERTIFIED ASSOCIATE - VIRTUALIZATION (CCA-V), or MS-900: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, MD-102: Endpoint Administrator
