They are seeking a high-energy Director of Sales to lead commercial growth in the Dental and Orthodontics sectors, focusing on building a sales function and driving revenue.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue & Deal Execution: Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, targeting top-tier DSOs and high-volume orthodontic practices
- Build & Expand Your Book of Business: Activate your existing network of DSO executives, clinical directors, and orthodontic industry leaders to build a robust pipeline
- Navigate Uncertainty: Thrive in an evolving startup environment: help refine our value proposition, adapt to market feedback, and build sales playbooks where none exist
- Build & Mentor the Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team rooted in integrity, transparency, and collaboration
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with our broader leadership team to align direct sales efforts with partnerships, marketing initiatives, and the product roadmap
Skills
- 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience within the Dental or Orthodontics space
- An established book of business — active relationships with decision-makers at major DSOs and regional orthodontic groups
- Proven experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup; comfortable building a territory with minimal infrastructure
- High integrity, low ego — you believe in mentorship, celebrating team wins, and developing the people around you
