The Digital Marketing Account Manager will support and grow key accounts within the National Sales channel, focusing on retaining and expanding partnerships while delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Brand Managers and internal teams to develop strategic, customized advertising solutions
- Build and evolve media plans based on client objectives, performance data, and market insights
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, onboarding, billing, reporting, and optimization
- Lead coordination for custom programs, sponsorships, and creative builds, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams
- Work closely with Client Strategy and Client Services to drive client retention and revenue growth
- Maintain proactive client communication, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and support new business initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with performance-driven digital advertising, including paid search (PPC) and Google Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns
- Experience working with sales teams and client-facing account management
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems (Salesforce or similar a plus)
- Experience working on complex, multi-channel advertising solutions across national and/or franchise multi-location accounts
- Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and campaign strategy
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and client recommendations
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
