[Remote] DevSecOps/DevOps Engineer (EX - TEKsystems Only)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead enterprise CI/CD and security practices supporting approximately 22 software engineering teams. This highly technical and strategic role focuses on modernizing pipelines, driving GitHub adoption, and aligning with enterprise DevSecOps standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Gitlab repo
• Design and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications
• Partner with enterprise DevSecOps teams to standardize tooling and reduce config drift
• Implement and govern secure SDLC practices (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
• Support custom deployment needs and complex release scenarios
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and tooling improvements

Skills

• 7–10+ years DevOps/DevSecOps
• Certifications (Required by EOY): AZ-900, AZ-204
• Proven experience in large-scale DevSecOps transformations
• Enterprise DevSecOps Leadership (CI/CD strategy, platform governance)
• GitHub Migration & Branching Strategy (rebasing, trunk-based, enterprise alignment)
• CI/CD Pipeline Engineering w/ ADO
• Terraform Module creations
• Gitlab Repo (ADO → GitHub evolution, complex deployments)
• Security Integration/Engineering (Snyk, SonarQube, policy enforcement)
• Cross-Team Enablement (supporting large engineering orgs)

• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash
