The ideal candidate will leverage statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling techniques to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges
- Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining
- Build data pipelines and automate data processing workflows
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and analytics teams to identify data-driven opportunities
- Validate model performance and continuously optimize algorithms
- Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for models, datasets, and analytical processes
- Stay current with advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning technologies
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Professional certifications in cloud platforms or machine learning are a plus
