Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialists to join our dynamic Customer Service team. In this full‑time, work‑from‑home role, you will be the frontline guardian of patient information, ensuring accurate enrollment, medication data entry, and compliance with HIPAA and internal policies. - Medication Order Management: Process refill and “top‑off” orders, verify prescription details, and resolve missing or incomplete medication data while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Clinical Code Interpretation: Decode and enter SIG (directions for use) codes, ensuring that all clinical abbreviations are correctly captured.
- Outbound & Inbound Communications: Answer inbound calls, chats, and messages from patients; initiate outbound calls to prescribers, guarantors, or patients to obtain necessary authorizations or clarifications.
- Exception Handling: Identify, investigate, and correct “exception” cases—such as incomplete records or mismatched data—by gathering additional information and resubmitting entries per workflow requirements.
