Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting reports
- Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders
- Apply sound accounting principles and develop or recommend accounting procedures and policies
- Supervise and allocate work to accountants, accounting clerks, and other team members
- Coordinate accounting matters with other departments, regions, and divisions
- Participate in financial reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with general ledger software, such as SAP or similar software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
