The Owner role is responsible for overseeing business strategy, operations, and client relationships while ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing business strategy, operations, and client relationships
- Provides strategic direction
- Evaluates new business opportunities
- Ensures that projects across IT, ELV, electrical, and security domains align with company standards and client expectations
- Collaborating with technical and operations teams
- Reviewing project proposals and contracts
- Monitoring financial performance and resource allocation
- Nurtures key client and partner relationships
- Supports marketing and brand positioning efforts
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team guidance
- Experience in Building Management Systems, particularly in IT, ELV, electrical, or security system integration
- Proficiency in business development and client relationship management, with the ability to engage stakeholders across regions
- Financial acumen, including budget oversight, cost control, and performance monitoring
- Understanding of project management practices, contract management, and service delivery frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while coordinating with distributed teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in consulting, infrastructure projects, or multi-branch organizational environments is highly beneficial
- Advanced qualifications or certifications in relevant domains are an advantage
