X4 Engineering is seeking a Project Manager - Power Delivery to support the delivery of large-scale power infrastructure programs for hyperscale data centers. This role involves coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across complex power delivery projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across contractors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders
- Maintain interface registers and support project coordination
- Assist with schedule integration and project controls
- Track procurement activities and support material readiness
- Support risk and issue management processes
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports
- Assist with commissioning planning and execution
- Participate in owner meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Conduct site visits and support project closeout activities
Skills
- 2–6 years of project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting utility, electrical, or power delivery projects preferred
- Data center experience is a plus but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera is a plus
