Largeton Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager with Incident Response experience to support a large enterprise CSIRT environment. This role focuses on program/project management and coordination, requiring the candidate to manage cybersecurity incidents and facilitate communication across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cybersecurity incidents across Security, Infrastructure, Applications, Legal, Compliance, and other teams
- Manage incidents from initiation through resolution and closure
- Facilitate meetings and provide executive stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Track action items, ownership, timelines, risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations
- Drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams
- Maintain incident documentation, metrics, reporting, and records within Onspring GRC
- Support CSIRT and Security Operations teams throughout the incident response lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
- Develop and enhance incident management procedures, workflows, and governance
- Support automation and AI-driven improvements within cybersecurity operations
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity program management, project management, incident management, or related areas
- Experience coordinating enterprise cybersecurity incidents across multiple teams
- Strong program/project management and cross-functional coordination experience
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and status reporting skills
- Experience driving action items, accountability, and timely execution
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity incident response lifecycle
- Experience with documentation, metrics, reporting, process improvement, and operational governance
- Experience supporting CSIRT, SOC, or Security Operations teams
- Experience with Onspring or similar GRC platforms
- Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments
- Exposure to security automation and AI-driven operational improvements
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or equivalent certification
