[Remote] Cyber Security Manager

JMJ Phillip Group is a global industry leader seeking a Cyber Security Manager to lead the strategy and operations of incident detection and response capabilities. The role involves developing a cybersecurity team, managing incident investigations, and driving improvements to enhance the organization's cyber defense posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cybersecurity team responsible for incident response, threat detection, SOC operations, and security engineering
• Direct cyber incident investigations from detection through containment, recovery, and root cause analysis while coordinating cross-functional response efforts
• Drive detection engineering, threat modeling, security metrics, and continuous improvements to strengthen the organization's cyber defense posture

Skills

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in SOC, Incident Response, or Threat Detection
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Hands-on experience leading cyber incident investigations
• Managing or partnering with MSSP/MDR providers
• Strong knowledge of security operations, digital forensics, threat detection, and incident response
• CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, or related certifications
