Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist working on the Intuit TurboTax program through careerzynith, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and customer-centric. Compensation and Earning Potential

- Base Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour, plus additional incentives
- Peak Season Bonuses (April 8 – April 15, 2024):
- April 8–11: Additional $3/hour for those working over 12 productive hours; $4/hour for over 16 productive hours; $5/hour for over 20 productive hours
- April 12–14: Additional $5/hour for those working over 20 productive hours
- April 15 (Tax Day): Additional $10/hour for those working over 5 productive hours
- Average Earnings: Contractors who meet or exceed key performance metrics earn an average equivalent of $16–$19/hour during peak times and $15.60–$17.50/hour during non-peak times
- Peak Rates Apply: January through April
- Minimum Pay Guarantee: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes of pay for each hour they are available for the full 60 minutes
