Skills
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call-center/dispatcher setting
- Must live within 50 miles of Medina, NY
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
- Experience in a virtual desktop environment
- Distraction-free remote workspace
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with AS400
