We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and deliver top-notch support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
- Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining high levels of data integrity and attention to detail
Schedule and Training:
Our schedule includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, and PTO available
