What You'll Do
Answer inbound customer service calls professionally and courteously
Schedule, update, and confirm transportation requests for medical appointments
Assist members with ride changes, cancellations, and general questions
Verify trip information and eligibility using company systems
Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities as needed
Accurately document customer interactions and trip details
Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
Follow company policies and quality standards
Meet performance expectations for attendance, accuracy, and customer service
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Must currently reside in Kansas
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work remotely from a secure and distraction-free home office
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
Reliable internet connection
Professional and dependable work habits
