Position Summary

The Customer Service / Data Entry Representative at careerzynith will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth processing of claims and maintaining accurate records that Healthcare providers, patients, and insurance partners rely upon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering claims information into our sophisticated claims management systems, following up on missing documentation, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling comprehensive reports that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

This is a remote position, and careerzynith will provide all necessary equipment including a computer, monitor, and headset. You will only need to maintain your own high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed recommended). We have invested heavily in our remote work infrastructure to ensure you have everything you need to succeed from your home office.
