About the Role: Remote Customer Service Associate

As a Remote Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that our pharmacy customers rely on for help, guidance, and solutions. This is a fully remote position, but you must be a resident of Kentucky and reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky.

This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, primarily through inbound calls, as well as other communication platforms. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional, memorable, and reliable experience for every pet parent who contacts us.
