Pay & Location
- Pay: $17.46/hour (English/Spanish bilingual; language assessment required)
- Location: Remote (Virginia residents only or New Jersey residents for specific roles)
- Work Environment: WFH Opportunity for New Jersey Residents or Virginia Only
Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll support Virginia residents by:
- Assisting with Medicaid & CHIP enrollment and eligibility inquiries
- Answering complex benefit and managed care questions
- Resolving escalated concerns with professionalism ️
- Providing clear, accurate guidance in every interaction
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Verifying eligibility documentation (income, identity, and supporting records)
- Researching policies and maintaining detailed case documentation
The main goal is to ensure an accurate and high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: At least one year in customer service or a related field
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and critical thinking
- Technical: Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and apply complex policies
- Preferred: Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (English/Spanish)
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Eastern Time
- Training Duration: 2 weeks (remote)
- Note: No time off permitted during training
- Camera must remain on throughout training and nesting periods
- Training schedule details will be provided prior to start
Remote Work Requirements
- Residency in New Jersey or Virginia (see role specifics)
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) — personal equipment required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential
- Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions

- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (or higher) processor (NO Celeron/Pentium/Mac/Apple)
- Minimum 16GB RAM / 256GB hard drive
- Windows 10 or 11 (Mac, Chromebook, iPad, tablets not permitted)
- USB Gen 2 port for wired headset
- RJ-45 ports for wired internet
- Functional webcam (required for training)
- Headset with USB or audio jack connection
Internet Requirements
- Wired Ethernet connection only (no Wi-Fi or hotspots)
- Minimum download speed: 100 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed: 15 Mbps
