We’re seeking a Remote Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to support commercial lines operations, with a focus on certificates of insurance and contract compliance. This is a detail-driven role where accuracy, organization, and communication are critical. You will work closely with account managers and producers to ensure policies meet contractual requirements while helping protect both clients and the agency.
