What You'll Be Doing
Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
Answer questions and help clients make informed decisions regarding their coverage needs
Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Deliver a professional, client-focused experience built on trust and service
Participate in training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development sessions
