What You'll Do
Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
Educate clients on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstances
Guide clients through the enrollment process from application to policy activation
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and account assistance when needed
Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
Participate in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and professional development sessions
