The role involves managing multiple client accounts, leading support and strategy calls, overseeing projects, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage 30–50+ client accounts as the main point of contact
- Lead client support and strategy calls
- Oversee projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Help build and manage marketing funnels and automations
- Identify and recommend upsell opportunities when appropriate
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams via Slack
Skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Experience in account management or client services (agency preferred)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote role
- Long-term mindset and interest in growth
- Must currently reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia
