Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive curricula for early childhood education, covering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, activities, stories, and digital content. Ensure curriculum aligns with national and state early learning standards and best practices. Collaborate with instructional designers and graphic artists to produce visually appealing and effective learning resources. Conduct research on child development and educational trends to inform curriculum updates and innovations. Pilot and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. Develop assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and track child progress. Maintain clear and organized documentation of all curriculum materials and development processes. Requirements Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum Design, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in curriculum development within the early childhood sector. Proven ability to design engaging and effective learning experiences for young children (ages 2-5). Strong understanding of child psychology, pedagogical theories, and developmental milestones. Experience working in a remote setting and utilizing digital collaboration tools effectively. Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, concise, and engaging educational content. Proficiency in educational software and digital content creation tools.
