The Business Development Representative will provide customer service and support to small commercial clients, assist with scheduling assessments, and perform outreach to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a helpful point of contact for customers
- Answer questions about our services and available energy programs
- Assist with scheduling free building assessments
- Ensure each customer has a clear understanding of the process
- Perform outbound calling and email outreach to prospective customers
Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; college degree or license in a skilled trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical)
- Strong phone and cold calling skills
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a mandatory background check
