Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/scientific field
- 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or market strategy within industries relevant to the assigned market segment
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Demonstrated history of consistent new business generation and relationship development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 50% or as required by the market
- Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex challenges
- Effective relationship builder across technical, commercial, and operational levels
