Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial facility management and maintenance space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and commercial real estate professionals
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations from start to finish
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across the U.S
- Develop and grow long-term strategic partnerships that drive revenue and expansion
Skills
- 5+ years of business development experience in commercial facility management and/or maintenance
- Strong network within commercial real estate and facilities management
- Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-heavy role
- Willing and able to travel frequently across the U.S
