Intuvia Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and processes
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and business process documentation
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in software development or IT consulting projects
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud technologies
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
