Accel bi corporation is seeking an experienced MES Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise Systems modernization initiative. This role involves developing operational reporting, analyzing data for business insights, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support CMS certification and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational reporting for Medicaid Enterprise System initiatives
- Research federal, state, and CMS regulations
- Analyze and transform data into meaningful business insights
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Support CMS certification activities and reporting
- Collaborate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Maintain reporting schedules and operational documentation
- Present findings to leadership and project teams
- Support continuous process improvement using data-driven recommendations
Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with MMIS/CMS Certification
- Experience supporting CMS Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) or federal healthcare regulations
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations, operational reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience supporting Medicaid, MMIS, healthcare claims, eligibility, or Health & Human Services programs
- Local North Carolina candidates only
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder only
- Full-Time W2 employment with accel bi corporation
- Remote position (must be able to work within North Carolina)
- State government healthcare experience is highly preferred
