Bilingual Roadside Assistance Customer Support (English/Spanish) – Remote 1099 Company: 3D Enterprises LLC Role Overview 3D Enterprises LLC is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representatives to handle roadside assistance calls. This role focuses on helping customers in urgent situations by coordinating services such as towing, lockouts, jump-starts, and other emergency support. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring clear communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Pay Starting at $15.00 per hour Performance-based incentives available Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls from customers needing roadside assistance • Communicate fluently in English and Spanish • Identify customer location and service needs quickly • Dispatch appropriate service providers (towing, lockout, fuel delivery, etc.) • Provide real-time updates and follow-ups to customers • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance • Accurately document all interactions and service details • Transfer or escalate calls when necessary Work Environment • High call volume with urgent, real-time situations • Customers may be stressed, stranded, or in emergency scenarios • Requires fast thinking, multitasking, and strong attention to detail • Strict workflows and service protocols must be followed Requirements • Fluent in English and Spanish (required) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergency situations • Basic familiarity with maps/navigation tools (Google Maps, etc.) • Windows 11 computer (fully updated) • Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) • USB noise-canceling headset • Webcam required for training/certification • Must pass background check and ID verification Schedule Requirements • Flexible availability required (including evenings/weekends) • Must meet minimum weekly hour requirements • Consistent schedule once active Why Join 3D Enterprises LLC • Independent 1099 contractor role • Higher starting pay for bilingual agents • Flexible scheduling • Performance-based incentives • Structured training and certification • Opportunity for consistent weekly work How to Apply Apply on Indeed.
