What You'll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
Learn about each client's needs, goals, and financial priorities
Educate clients on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
Provide personalized recommendations based on individual circumstances
Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
Maintain accurate digital records and compliance documentation
Deliver ongoing client support, including policy reviews and beneficiary updates when needed
Build long-term client relationships through professionalism, consistency, and service
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, coaching, and team development programs
