The role focuses on expanding their client base across North America through proactive sales strategies, relationship building, and effective collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and network to identify decision-makers and open new doors and close deals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure
- Present tailored merchandising solutions, negotiate terms, and consistently exceed targets
- Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and boost visibility
- Partner with operations, account teams, and other internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and client satisfaction
Skills
- 3–5+ years of proven B2B sales success, ideally in merchandising, retail services, or related industries
- Tenacious, proactive, and resourceful in creating opportunities
- The ability to articulate clearly, build trust quickly, and to influence
- Secure favorable terms while fostering long-term relationships
- A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Occasional visits to conferences and trade fairs as well as potential and existing customers across North America
- The ideal candidate resides in the Atlanta metro area or in the central or eastern US residing near a major airport
