The Associate of Advisor Solutions will support the external sales team by prospecting and engaging advisors, maintaining CRM hygiene, and developing fluency in portfolio concepts.
Responsibilities
• Prospect new advisor leads through targeted call and email campaigns
• Support external wholesalers with follow-up, scheduling, and relationship continuity
• Clean and enrich lead lists, identifying high-opportunity prospects and routing them appropriately
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot
• Develop fluency in return stacking concepts, portable alpha, and our ETF lineup
Skills
• 2+ years in internal sales or distribution support within asset management (strong 1-year candidates with the right profile will be considered)
• Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, or alternative investment products
• Familiarity with the independent RIA channel
• Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Intellectually curious, comfortable with complexity, high agency
• CAIA designation is a plus (we'll support you in getting it)
