Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Considine Search is seeking associates to join their Asset Finance & Securitization team in the Global Finance group. The role involves working with a dynamic team to represent various market participants in structuring asset finance and securitization transactions. Candidates with an interest in complex financial products and structured finance are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prior work with structured finance, including transactions involving some of the following assets is preferred: solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, marketplace loans, credit card receivables, auto loans and leases, mortgages, single-family rental properties, timeshares and trade receivables
- Interest in learning and developing relationships with a collegial team
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred

- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS BIGLAW EXPERIENCE
