INOVANCE is focused on delivering innovative automation solutions, and they are seeking an Application Engineer to conduct market analysis and deliver technical support. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, enabling solutions for customers, and providing technical training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends in specific regions, proactively identify potential new application scenarios, and develop targeted industry solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with the sales team to visit key accounts, lead technical communications for critical projects. Deeply explore customer pain points, and independently complete the full-cycle technical expansion from requirement analysis, solution design, product selection to technical Demo verification
- Leverage Inovance’s comprehensive product strengths (drives, controls, PLC, robots, etc.) to deliver differentiated value to customers, guide customers to adopt Inovance’s end-to-end solutions, and achieve the upgrade from single product replacement to systematic cooperation
- Handle product application technical docking, issue resolution, product defect identification and improvement promotion, and high-value demand mining
- Provide technical training for internal and external stakeholders, and cultivate technical talents within the team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in the industrial automation industry, with in-depth understanding of products such as standard inverters, engineering inverters, medium and high voltage inverters, etc
- Willingness to travel frequently
