Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TalentOla is seeking an Analytics Enablement Business Systems Analyst to join their Agile team. The role involves building healthcare applications and implementing new features while ensuring adherence to best coding standards.
Responsibilities
- Focus on accelerating groups onboarding to CDP w/ analytics tasks
- Strong focus on data ingestion & foundation work to onboard data assets specific to new analytics teams
- Pair w/ teams on currently team owned builds of views / tables to consider for enterprise builds and semantics – may include work in Alteryx, Talend, DBT
- Strong SQL skills – analysis focused
- Source to Target Mapping or equivalent data mapping / data dictionary creation competency
- Experience in creating and maintaining product documentation or use guides
- Understanding of Health Care data concepts – enrollments, claims, etc. at high-level
