Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Polar IT is seeking an Amazon Connect Consultant for a fully remote W2 position. The role involves expertise in Amazon Connect and Conversational AI, focusing on cloud architecture, contact flow development, and backend integrations.
Responsibilities
- Understanding of Amazon Connect capabilities
- Contact flow/module development and deployment
- 3rd party API calls, CRM and other backend integrations
- Experience building and deploying Amazon Lex bots for voice and chat
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU) implementation
- Designing conversational flows and intents
- Bot testing and optimization
- Proficiency in services like API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM etc
- Experience with REST APIs and web services integration
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
- Automation and scripting skills (Python)
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- 3+ years of Amazon Connect developer experience
- Understanding of Amazon Connect capabilities
- Contact flow/module development and deployment
- 3rd party API calls, CRM and other backend integrations
- Experience building and deploying Amazon Lex bots for voice and chat
