Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InvestM Technology LLC is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for one of their Healthcare clients. The role involves shipping features end to end across the platform, working with a HIPAA-compliant, cloud-native EHR built FHIR-native from the start.
Responsibilities
- Will write code that goes into production, and you will be expected to do that at a pace that only works when AI tooling is part of how you think rather than a thing you reach for occasionally
- You will work closely with the Lead Product Architect and the rest of the engineering team
- Your job is to extend it cleanly, write code that fits the patterns already in the codebase, and push back when something does not feel right rather than silently working around it
Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with React 19
- Experience with ORMs, specifically Drizzle
- Experience with Node.js
- Ability to write code that goes into production
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems
- Experience with cloud-native applications
- Familiarity with FHIR standards
- Experience with serverless architecture, specifically AWS Lambda
- Ability to work end to end across the platform including frontend, backend, database layer, and infrastructure
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to extend existing architecture and write code that fits established patterns
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the Lead Product Architect and engineering team
