The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently in a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling virtual meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Handle professional correspondence, including monitoring and responding to emails and internal communications in a timely manner
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
- Organise and maintain digital files and records, ensuring information is secure and easily accessible
- Perform data entry tasks and assist with maintaining company databases
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and departments as needed
- Assist in the coordination of virtual team projects and company initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Previous experience in a remote-working role is advantageous but not essential
- An interest in the renewable energy sector would be a plus
