The role involves preparing journal entries, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on finance projects.

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records with GAAP and company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Identify process improvements to enhance accounting operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support finance projects
Skills
- 6+ years of accounting experience with an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- CPA certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience supporting audits and implementing process improvements
