They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their North America Digital Sales team, responsible for driving product portfolio growth and managing complex digital sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts by focusing on strategic opportunities, expanding pipeline generation, and maintaining meticulous Customer Relationship Management data hygiene and forecasting
- Lead end-to-end deal management—including qualification, proposal development, and closure—while collaborating with internal Client Partners and Managing Client Partners to secure large, multi-region pursuits
- Mobilize external partners and internal stakeholders for cross-Business Unit engagement, while collaborating with product innovation teams to align product roadmaps with customer-driven insights
Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or enterprise-level sales within the digital technology space, specifically selling into the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries
- Strong knowledge of industry, customer, and product domains
- Proven success gaining access to and collaborating with Line of Business owners and Executive-level (C-suite) contacts, including Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Medical Information Officers, and Chief Operating Officers
- Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and diagnosing complex business problems
- Demonstrated enterprise mindset with a focus on results, resilience, and proficiency leveraging Salesforce to provide feature-level technical feedback
- Expertise in Business Process Management
- Expertise in Digital Experience Platforms
