ArcSite is a leading mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating solution used by designers, field sales teams, technicians, and inspectors. The company is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth by managing full-cycle B2B or SaaS sales, building strong pipelines, and delivering impactful product demos. This role focuses on consultative discovery and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of ArcSite’s solutions, use cases, and value to different buyer personas
- Proactively build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social selling, etc.)
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demos that clearly align ArcSite’s capabilities with the customer’s workflows and pain points
- Understand each prospect’s objectives, strategies, challenges, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
- Drive a high-activity sales process while staying focused on quality conversations, consultative discovery, and guiding prospects to confident buying decisions
- Continuously improve your sales process and adopt new best practices
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills
- 2+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Confidence engaging C-level executives and building trust as a strategic advisor
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong work ethic — you take ownership, show up consistently, and do what it takes to succeed
- Strong customer empathy and a genuine interest in solving real-world problems
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
